Column Basics
By default you get two columns and can add more if you have the “parent” columns block selected instead of an individual column block.
Left column h2
Normal paragraph text.
Text with a background color.
Right column h2
Normal paragraph text.
Text with a background color.
The background color adds padding.
The easiest way to get back to the parent columns block is to put your cursor in the top text line of the left most block, then hit the up arrow key on your keyboard twice. The first arrow up selects the column, the second arrow up selects the parent columns block.
Columns as a row
A continuous block of color behind the columns block can be achieved by setting the background color.
Column set to full width
background color cool blue
Cover block
Sometimes know as a hero image, this is called cover and can be found in the media section of available blocks.
Align wide width
Loads of setting available to update the look and layout.
Align full width
